1. Who we are

RentPull operates an online marketplace that connects people who own trailers with people who want to rent them. RentPull, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Austin, Texas.

RentPull is not a party to any rental agreement between an owner and a renter. We do not own, rent out, or operate trailers. We do not inspect trailers, and we do not act as an insurer, a broker, or a transportation carrier. The contract for each rental is between the owner and the renter.

Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "RentPull" mean RentPull, Inc. "You" means the person using the platform, whether as an owner, a renter, or both.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, listing a trailer, booking a trailer, or otherwise using RentPull, you agree to these Terms of Service. You also agree to the Rental Terms, the Cancellation Policy, and the Privacy Policy, each of which forms part of your agreement with us.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you use RentPull on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" includes both you and that business.

3. Eligibility

To use RentPull you must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to enter into a binding contract.

RentPull is available only in the United States. Trailers listed on the platform must be located in the United States, and rentals must begin and end there. We may refuse service to anyone at any time, and we may decline to verify an identity without giving a reason.
